What we need:

The candidate for this position should have experience in sales and/or customer service. We want someone who is passionate and delivers great results.
Responsibilities:

Identify new clients (both companies and physical people) through effective networking
Introduce merrjep.al website to people, companies, dealers, property dealers etc.
Developing a database of leads through referrals, telephone, face to face meetings, calling to business owners/general managers/responsible people, direct mail (post mail) is needed, e-mail and networking.
Analyze the customers and classify according to age, items, income, and location. Understanding their needs and offering the right services.
Being the first point of contact with the client including as the initial technical reference point and communicating effectively to manage client’s expectations to ensure they receive great feedback.

Build relationships with stores, property dealers and companies through phone calls, emailing and face to face meetings.
Present the benefit of using merrjep.al to the advertiser.
Measure the customer's satisfaction and design plans to increase the number of subscribers.
Each salesperson (marketer) should build their own customer list which they will be responsible for.

Participating in sales activities related to processes and tools

Skills:

Superb written and oral communication skills
Very good command of computer programs like Google platform, Slack, Asana, Canva, etc.).
Complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner with minimal guidance
Demonstrate a proactive approach to work, showing initiative and suggesting new ideas

Experience:

University degree in Marketing, e-Business, Journalism, English Language, and/or equivalent
2+ years of experience in sales (preferably B2B sales)
A keen eye for detail and ability to spot even the smallest of errors
Comfortable working quickly and to set deadlines
Ability to generate ideas to adapt and improve content and customer communication
Strong organizational skills
Desire to learn and adapt quickly
