Algorithmics is an international and rapidly expanding programming school for children and young people aged 6-17. For our School we are looking for a dynamic salesperson who shares our vision and wants to shape an exciting future for young generation.

Our team consists of professionals who enjoy working with children and want to make learning simple, exciting, and fun.

Our students create video games, cartoons, and IT projects. They acquire skills in critical thinking and logical reasoning, presentation and project planning, teamwork, and more. No matter who they grow up to be, these children will take advantage of what they learn with us.

We need a highly-motivated sales manager to work with parents who leave inquiries on our website, social media and messengers. We are searching for a person who wants to be a part of our dream team and build a great future with us.

You will be responsible for:

● Highly active telephone sales for incoming calls (no cold-calling).
● Communicating with clients via email and instant messengers
● Professional work with our constantly-updated client base.
● Consulting clients and answering any questions that they may have.
● Motivating clients to choose our school for their children, closing deals.
● Keeping records of clients and all interactions with them in CRM system
● Issuing invoices
● Comply with the sales plan and KPI

Requirements:
● Interest in the educational sector.
● Professional communication skills.
● Ability to listen to clients and hear their needs.
● Motivated to produce sales.
● Experience working in sales or with clients, a minimum of 1 year.
● Experience with CRM (any)
● Quickly type on a laptop for emails and instant messengers
● Stable internet at home

Conditions:
● Earnings are based on a fixed salary plus commission for each successful sale.
● Salary will be discussed with each successful candidate
● A trial period - 3 months
● Dealing with a large number of incoming leads every day
● 100% remote work
