EstateAll real estate agency requires a full time COMPANY DEVELOPEMENT DIRECTOR responsible for business processes ,office management and staff motivation.
1.Requirements:
- a woman or a man 30 + years old
- Knowledge of foreign languages.
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a manager.
-University degree in economics,business management,marketing and management.
2.Job duties and professional skills.
-Organization of the recruitment/training process.
- Supervising current transacations and increasing sales
-Management and control of the real estate office activities.
-Builiding comunications betwen employees,staff motivation.
-Ability to give clear instructions to control the fulfillment of tasks.
-Managment skills delegation of tasks.
3.Analitycal skills:
-Ability to make quick decisions .
4.Leadership qualities:
-Comunication skills.
-High working ability.
-Organizational skills.
-Stress resistance.
