Role Responsibilities://

-//- Manage the team to develop and deliver quality solutions to required specifications

-//- Set, monitor, motivate and review team and individual objectives and performance

-//- Be responsible for the supervision & day to day running of the team and their individual workloads

-//- Manage expectations on support, chargeable modifications and planned development

-//- Keep up to date with development technology and practices. Make suggestions for improvements - Monitor and maintain the quality & integrity of software delivery, ensuring that processes and procedures are correctly followed

-//- A completed university degree (BA and/or MA)

-//- Experience in SW-Development, > 3 years

-//* Microsoft.Net development environment on Windows Application and MVC

-//* Knowledge of HTML and Javascript / Jquery

-//* Knowledge of at least one Relational Database between SQL Server and / or Oracle

-//* Knowledge of Framework 4.0 or higher

-//- Knowledge in Project management, SW lifecycles & Team leading

-//- Propensity to problem solving, spirit of initiative

-//- A good command in English and/or Italian language

-//- Ability to stay periodically outside of Albania

-//- Passion, Motivation and discipline to work on international, industrial standard
