Here is the profile we are looking for:

Skills :
- English advanced
Legal specialist: verifies contracts, eligibility of partners and group actions
- Direct contact with the appointed notary
- Defend and protect the interests of the company.
- Intervenes in employment contracts or commercial contracts,
- Handles litigation or files related to the environment
- Ensures that projects and decisions respect the legislation.
- Advises the various departments of the company by keeping abreast of the evolution of the law.
- Associated with all commercial, financial and technical decisions
- Evaluates the risks of the operations carried out
- Imagine the most advantageous legal arrangements for the company.

Experiences:
- Holder of a bachelor's or master's degree in Law
- Minimum of 1 uninterrupted year experience for the function
- Holder of a good network.
