We're hiring: Technical Infrastructure Specialist for a performance marketing company

Our company manages Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns 24/7, and we're looking for a highly reliable technical professional to manage and maintain our advertising infrastructure.

⚡ RESPONSIBILITIES

✓ Manage ISP residential proxies, AdsPower profiles, and Gmail accounts with two-factor authentication (2FA)
✓ Set up and manage domains (Cloudflare DNS, Hostinger hosting, SSL certificates)
✓ Create and manage webhooks for conversion tracking using Make (or similar platforms)
✓ Provide URGENT support on Discord to affiliates (response time under 5 minutes)
✓ Resolve technical issues and suspensions of Google Ads and Facebook Ads accounts
✓ Maintain documentation in Asana and our internal management system

📋 REQUIRED SKILLS (MANDATORY)

✓ Proxy management (ISP residential proxies)
✓ AdsPower or other anti-tracking browsers
✓ Cloudflare DNS and domain management
✓ Hostinger administration / web hosting
✓ Google Ads and Facebook Ads setup and management Ads
✓ Webhook integrations (Make or equivalent)
✓ Strong independent problem-solving skills
✓ Knowledge of Italian or Spanish (required)

💼 Preferred Skills

→ Previous experience in affiliate marketing
→ Knowledge of WordPress and Elementor
→ Experience with Google/Facebook appeals processes
→ Experience communicating with external agencies
→ Proactive mindset (identifying solutions before problems arise)

⏰ Working Hours and Availability

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (CET)

Important note: This is not a 9-5 job.

• On many days, you may have little or no work to do (affiliates are relaxed, no problems arise)
• On other days, however, you may be very busy (emergencies, account suspensions, campaign launches)
• You must be available for emergency assistance during working hours.
• Ideal if you work from home, have flexible hours, or manage other projects at the same time.
• A quick response time is essential in case of issues: less than 5 minutes.

💰 COMPENSATION STRUCTURE (3 LEVELS)

LEVEL 1 – PROBATIONARY PERIOD (1 WEEK)

→ Assessment of skills and general suitability
→ If a fit is not found, we will separate you with no obligation.
→ If successful, you move to Level 2.

LEVEL 2 – PERMANENT HIRING (1-3 months)

Fixed salary of €500 per month

→ Complete onboarding process
→ Learning of internal procedures and tools
→ Ability to operate independently
→ Performance evaluation after 3 months.

LEVEL 3 – INDEPENDENT OPERATOR (4 months and (more than)

Fixed salary of €1,000 per month

→ Proven operational autonomy
→ Unsupervised affiliate management
→ Independent problem resolution
→ Possibility of future growth in salary and responsibility

Note: If you don't perform up to the task after the first week, the partnership will end. No hard feelings.
