Remote Talent Acquisition Associate

At onecontact TECH, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic Remote Talent Acquisition Associate, with proven communication and organizational skills, with some experience in talent acquistion. This is an entry-level position.


Responsibilities

Develop and implementstrategies/tacticsto source the best candidates for technical positions in collaboration with the talent acquisition team
Cultivate appropriate strategy proactively to create talent pipelines for open roles by contacting candidates to determine interest
Source applicants through various channels which will enable you to succeed in this position


Job Requirements
Knowledge of basic recruiting and/or HR principles
Some Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
Understanding technical terms and various technical job positions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Understanding of technical terms and some technical education or knowledge
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant Talent Acquisition experience
Excellent Spoken and Written English
