InfoWeb is an Italian multinational information technology company with operating offices in Tirana.

InfoWeb works with important Italian customers in collaboration with Microsoft for the application of DevOps methodologies in the Azure area.

One of our Customers is a renowned and solid Italian software company (more than 200 employees), they develop and own some leading software products in the banking and credit recovery sector. They want to outsource to Albania, through InfoWeb, the development of their flagship product.

Therefore, we are searching for a skilled senior java developer/analyst that will work in Tirane reporting directly to the Customer’s PM.
This person will be entitled to build, train and manage a team of Java developers in Tirane, becoming thus a team leader.
This person will have direct contacts with our Customer in order to discuss requirements, issues and timings, and for a few weeks each year will work on Customer’s premises in Milan or Rome (with full expenses coverage plus bonus).
We require experience in:

• managing a small team of developers;

• managing direct contacts (phone and Email) with Customers in Italian and English, to discuss analysis, requirements, issues and development details;

• Java development and solid knowledge of Web development in Java Framework;

• Spring framework, especially Security, MVC, Redis, Java Persistence API (JPQL/NQL/Hibernate), Dependency injection, Integration, Batch;

• DevOps and project management tools and methodologies;

• working with complex data models using UML, and in designing complex and efficient queries in JPQL;

Nice to have, experience in:

• developing Single page applications using AngularJS and related technologies (CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript) (Basic experience in developing web pages and usage of Javascript required);

• NoSQL database (Solr);

• REST architecture and SOAP protocol.

• data integration processes;

• Groovy scripts;
