This location is in the Municipality of Negotino IM number 601 and number KP 8546 with 8035 m2 of undeveloped construction land. The space is urbanized and it is announced that in the coming period the Municipality will additionally invest in infrastructure in this part of the city. The municipality of Negotino is an attractive option due to the recent entry of Turkish investors in the Kabli Negotino factory as well as future announced investments in waste recycling and energy production, but also due to the frequency of neighboring municipalities Kavadarci Rosoman Demir Kapija, Valandovo. Which together reach more than 90,000 citizens.

Namely, the municipality of Kavadarci is an area with intensive economic and social life. For many years, the Central Bureau of Statistics has ranked the municipality second only to Skopje in terms of total annual GDP.
Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to point out that this location in this form may not seem super interesting at first glance, but keep in mind that with the existing GUP for Negotino, a new southern bypass will pass right next to this location (see FIGURE 5). which has already been announced by the Government of Macedonia and the Municipality of Negotino is currently being prepared. The southern bypass road will additionally be an attractive transit moment that will take all passengers from Kumanovo and Skopje through the bypass at this location. Further, the eponymous highway continues to the border with the Hellenic Republic
