Internship Database Administrator
Location: Tirana | Flexible working hours
We are seeking a Database Administrator Intern to support our Recruitment Consultants by maintaining the performance, integrity, and security of our candidate databases. We tailor the internship to your interests!
Key tasks include
Plan assignments and develop candidate databases and talent pools
Execute search strategies based on management instructions for new job orders
Set up new search assignments within agreed timeframes
Map and add new target candidates to talent pools and assignments
Assist with administrative tasks to enhance candidate reach
Requirements
Degree in IT
Fluent written and spoken English
Knowledge of other languages is a plus
IT skills and PC literacy
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Benefits
5 days per week (Monday to Friday)
Hands-on experience in business development
Earn a certificate upon completion
Path to full-time opportunity
