CUSTOMER SUPPORT
NZ Group is actively looking for a Customer Support to join our team, based in Tirana.
Your work environment is located in a multi-purpose establishment comprising various sectors of activity, in which we develop our brands and products.
Our concept is unique & new in Albania, therefore we are looking for highly motivated people who can demonstrate their experience, eager to learn and evolve in a dynamic and pleasant environment.

Here is the profile you are looking for:
Skills :
- Perfect knowledge of English – C1
- Knowledge of one or different extra languages : French, Italian, Spanish, German…
- Respond to emails, telephones, chat from our customers through our internal software (training)
- Ensure smooth communication and comprehensive, fast & efficient customer service
- After-sales service solution for all our online sales
- After-sales service solution for our physical businesses (Whatsapp, etc.)
Customer relationship
- Respond to requests by telephone, by email, by internal chat for technical aids, corrective or preventive maintenance from customers on ranges of products/services
- Manage customer complaints: dismissal, return, complaint, defective product...
- Carry out a first diagnosis according to the requests: redirect the problems to the LOGISTICS department
- Give technical explanations to customers
- Validate requests for support for technical interventions (eg: products under warranty)
Technical reporting
- Write diagnostic reports, describe malfunctions or technical difficulties identified
- Report the incidents observed to the technical services, to his hierarchy, or as the case may be to the suppliers
- Customer Service is in close communication with the Logistics & Marketing department.
Experiences:
- Holder of a degree
- Minimum of 1 uninterrupted year experience for the function
