Accounting/bookkeeping/data entry - Work remotely

Job Responsibilities:



Updating and maintaining records of expenses
Enter and update invoices
Attention to detail and problem solving
Responding to vendor invoices questions
Ensuring that all payments are sent on time
Resolving payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company
Preparing and mailing invoices to customers
Organizing and filing deposit receipts as invoices are paid


Education/Skill Required:
Minimum 1-year accounting experience, proficient in QuickBooks and Excel
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
Must have experience processing transactions daily and applying payments
Highly dependable and reliable with excellent organizational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Very good knowledge of Exel/Word
Work remotely
