Reports To
Local team leader and project team leader for daily activities and coordination. Senior technical managers for macro overview and project guidelines and requirements.

Job Overview
Development of new modules through Agile process for a mobile application that operates in a microservice, distributed environment using NodeJS. Introduction of features, application of testing and application of best practice processes. Maintenance of the current source code phase and maintenance of the git repository of the current code base. Maintenance of functionality and current stability during future integrations and development.

Qualifications
You will need the below skillset in order to archive our goal at an optimal level. This is also subject to other skills that you might be able to present or demonstrate and not limited to only below.
• NodeJS or an alternative framework experience is a must.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
• (preferably solid) Understanding of functional-programming.
• Understanding of design-patterns is a highly preferred skill.
• Ability to write intuitive non-complex (when possible) non-repeated code.
• Comfortable working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts.
• Strong experience working and debugging RESTful APIs.
• Any previous VueJS experience is a bonus and welcomed.

Qualifications
• Preferably a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent topics. This can be substitute with a long experience in mobile development and JS or with courses and proof-of-knowledge or past projects done in this field.
• At least 1 (one) year of experience or demonstration of a previous project developed in this framework.
• Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• English B2 or C1 level is a requirement.
• Ability to effectively explain technical concepts to your audience whomever that may be.
• Experience with agile development practices and Scrum
