DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as support to the operations manager on a day-to-day basis in order to ensure the safe running of the organisation
• Elaborate work regulations and guidelines for the company's employees
• Identify what needs to be done in order for the staff to carry out their duties
• Plan the rollout of projects and ensure that assignments are carried accordingly
• Collaborate closely with top management executives regarding any work and/or operational issues and other related activities
• Create and share operations-related reports with top management whenever it is requested for
• Onboard fresh employees so as to ensure that they adhere to company's
rules and that their performance results meet with company standard
• Conduct an evaluation of the company’s present operational goals and suggest ways to improve important areas.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native or fluent in English (C1/C2) with an additional European Language, both verbal and written
2 years minimum of work experience the travel industry
A degree in any management or business related field is essential
Excellent communication skills on all fronts with great interpersonal skills, including collaboration and getting along with their peers
Demonstrated experience of leadership skills
Great time-management skills with ability to deliver within short deadlines
Ability to work as part of a team on a regular basis
Good analytical, problem solving, and organisational skills
Sound understanding of how an administrative setting operates as well as the responsibilities it involves in order to ensure its smooth running
Knowledge of computer appreciation programs is can be considered as an advantage.
