Salmanazar is a wine export company established in 2012, exporting premium/organic New Zealand wine to Europe, US, Canada and Asia. www.salmanazar.co.nz
The location of the role is flexible and the successful applicant can work at home. Monthly salary with annual bonus based on sales.
DETAILS OF THE ROLE:
• Responsible for managing offshore sales for a group of 5+ NZ wineries
• Maintaining and building sales with our existing 100+ customers (importers) in Europe, US, Canada and other global markets
• Building sales/customers in new markets via our database of 15,000 importers
• Managing relationships with the wineries and customers
• Managing the customer database
• Attending Trade Shows as required
• Sales travel in Europe, US, Canada and other markets as required
• Processing orders
QUALIFICATIONS
• University Degree preferred
• Sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of wine and/or wine industry experience a bonus
• Must have very good written and spoken English
• European languages an advantage
• Ability to work unsupervised to meet sales targets
• Willingness to travel occasionally
