Technical Support Engineer Developer
We are always looking for self-motivated, talented, and hard-working individuals:
1. TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER - Solve technical issues through email
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Programming knowledge is required as well as a bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, etc.).
- Ability to research alone
- Ability to debug customer issues
2. QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER - You will understand, test and improve the quality of cdata.com products
- Able to create/execute manual and automated tests
- Ability to work independently
- Degree in computer science, IT, engineering or maths degree
3. SOFTWARE DEVELOPER - Develop and assist on customer support issues
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in programming, preferably with C# and/or JAVA(i.e. a complex university project or a hard algorithm implementation will do if you are a student)
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivated, quick learner
